Orders will be shipped through USPS. All of the products that we offer are made to order. Each piece will be ready to ship 2-3 WEEKS after your order has been placed. If you need it sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order and we will do our best to work with you.
We will provide you with a tracking number through email upon shipment of your package. We will never require a signature unless requested. We cannot take any responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages for these are circumstances beyond our control.
We are not currently set up to receive international orders.
CREDITS & EXCHANGES
For returns contact us within 7 days of the scheduled package delivery date. We will happily provide you with a store credit. No cash refunds. We try and be as accurate as we can about our merchandise. Please make sure to read the dimensions and product info before placing an order.
All returns must be approved prior to shipment. Item must be in new condition. Once return has been approved, we will provide you with a shipping address. Do not ship return items without approval. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for return shipping costs.
